He helped us relocate to the Los Angeles area from Oak Park. He was tireless to guide and help and always able to look beyond the obvious properties. He found an amazing property for us that was not yet on the market, and just what we needed ~ more than we could have hoped for. He gave us wise counsel all along the way. He had all the connections to smooth out the purchasing process. We actually could not have gotten the awesome home we have without him.

Will’s market experience, communication, and professionalism was first class from start to finish. He exceeded my expectations on all fronts. In particular, his assistance in finding the right property that met my requirements and his negotiation skills turned the purchase from a pretty good deal to an exceptional one. We interviewed 4 agents before selling our home.

While all seemed competent, Will was head and shoulders above the rest in experience, attitude, expertise and responsiveness. We followed his advice and used the help of the tradespeople that he referred. Although the listing price that Will recommended was a bit higher than the other agents, Will was able to quickly find just the right buyer, and we received a full price offer 5 days after listing.

I know this review may sound like Will wrote it, but truly I can't say enough about how helpful, patient, caring, and knowledgeable Will was for the ~10 months that I worked with him.

Our search took a ton of patience, as we began looking in Sept 2020, when markets were in shambles. I closed in August 2021 and couldn't be happier with my home - so happy I waited. As a first-time homebuyer, I don't see how I would have gotten this done without Will...truly. He came to me as a referral and still follows up with that client years after her home purchase - the mark of a true professional. There was never a call or text that went unanswered, even if it was a ridiculously stupid question and anytime that I saw something that he knew inside wasn't what I'd actually want, he met me without question, never seeming or feeling annoyed. Will is someone who I will keep in touch with, even if I were to never purchase or sell my home as he's just that good of a guy. I'd recommend him to any and everyone, including close friends and family and truly would consider him a friend and mentor. There were a number of opportunities that Will could have pushed me into a home, but he refrained from doing so because he knew that I wouldn't be happy long term. He even talked me out of a couple that I thought were great, but diving in deeper and listening, really swayed me from making a decision that was good for me today but bad for my future. His knowledge of the industry and market, especially as an ex-home renovator, came in handy when looking into fixer-uppers, which ultimately I steered away from due to my lack of handy experience. :) Will is your guy - I can't recommend him enough. He's got my and my friends & family's business for life.
